Gocrete has also developed a precast flooring called FormFloor. It is a 60mm thick permanent formwork, which has a topping slab poured over it once it is in place. The main advantage of FormFloor is that it substantially speeds up the floor construction time and reduces the amount of trade work on site. It is predominantly used in high rise apartments and two storey town houses.
